It can feel very daunting to make the organizational commitment to work on inclusion and equity in the workplace. With so many seemingly competing priorities, where do we start? The starting line is not always the same, based on the type of organization in which you’re leading.
This workshop will outline the questions to ask and answer to outline a Inclusion & Equity Map - finding the confluence of this work and your strategic priorities (if inclusion and equity aren’t currently identified). We will begin by acknowledging that while we cannot do everything - we can absolutely do something - and soon! We’ll look at the seasonal flow to guide when to do the best work.
